Form Analysis
​
Are you looking to make improvements to your running technique?
A running form analysis can help you run more efficiently and minimise the risk of injury.
​
After a warm up, I will observe you running at different paces from multiple angles and provide live feedback, coaching cues and drills to improve an aspect of your running form. I will analyse the slo-mo 4k footage to produce a report with targets to improve your technique towards the technical running model.
